if you sign up as a dealer(you don't have to be a triad or xts dealer) you can download it from their site www.vodavi.com. if you can't get it let me know

it ask for e-mail and password, look like need to be a dealer to access this site

Any distributor that sells the STS can sell it to you for about about $35.00 if you are unable to get it from the website. It's part number 3550-00.

How come there's always enough time to go back and fix it a second time?

If it would be possible to be a tag along. It would be cool to receive a copy of Windba also.
Truck was Stolen a while back and still retreving software.

I have never needed windba to program the STS. Onsite and remotely I use Hyper Terminal for both the phone system and the in-skin voicemail.
