we moved a starplus sts station to another location. everything works just as it did in previous location, but in new location we need the access to outside line to place a call. at this time the outside line access is denied to place a call, this station can receive calls only
Use the station relocation feature, page 2-252 of the manual.

Be sure there is no phone plugged into the old station. Station lock must be disabled.

Plug the station to be relocated into the new station jack. Dial 636 on the keypad. Then dial the old station number which is being relocated.
THE PHONE IS WORKING IN THE NEW LOCATION JUST AS IT DID IN THE OLD LOCATION. MY PROBLEM IS THAT THE STATION WAS PROGRAMED NOT TO LET ATTENDANT HAVE ACCESS TO PLACE A OUTSIDE CALL. I WANT TO ENABLE THE ABILITY TO PLACE A OUTSIDE CALL. I HAVE ACCESS TO PROGRAMMING BUT CANT FIND THE CORRECT INFO TO CHANGE THIS. STATION ID IS 101 AND I CAN GET INTO THE PROGRAMING FOR THIS LOCATION, JUST KNOW THE CORRECT PROCEDURE TO ENABLE ACCESS TO THE OUTSIDE LINE.
THANK YOU

STILL NO ACCESS TO OUTSIDE LINE
WE HAVE THIS PHONE IN 2 OTHER STORES AND MORE THAN ONE PHONE CAN HAVE THIS ACCESS TO A OUTSIDE LINE TO PLACE A CALL. I HAVE GIVEN THIS STATION ALMOST EVERY ABILITY THAT I CAN FIND THE PROGRAMING MANUAL

Have you verified that that station is a member of the group that the CO line is in? The default group is 1 for all CO lines and by default all stations have access. If that CO line has been put in a different group then each station that is to use it must be granted access to that group.
PMCook is on the right path......Check Flash 50 and make sure station 101 has access to the trunk group with those lines. (Flash 40 for Trunk group info.)
