Have a customer with a small problem. When he has Fax Detect enabled on a particular c.o., it will not log the caller id info but will show the called id on the individual phones but will not write the info to the log. The line with no Fax detect enabled works fine and logs each call. Need a little help with this one. What paramater am I missing?

Hmmm...not really sure. Have you verified that the Ring Delay Timer is set for about 5 seconds? Long enough to get the CID between rings 1 and 2.
Never used fax detection in the sts, so cant help you.

I would call Vodavi Tech support and get a firm
answer, as you are sort of over extending the
use of this feature.
