Just a couple of things with an sbx that I didn't readily find an answer for. I got a call the other day nothing big but...

When a call comes in and hits the auto att while the message is playing the phones are still ringing and they would like it to not ring once it hits the auto att. Is there a way to make it do this?

Second probably simple I just haven't found it... the AA picks up and plays the menu then replays, what needs to be changed to just alow it to play once or would it be best to leave this as is to give a little more time for somebody to make a selection?

I'm open to anything here if you have suggestions to maybe do something different I'm all ears. Thanks in advance.

How do you have the ringing programmed? I assume you are using a group so that the phones ring, then delay to AA. How is the group set up?

There may be a setting that controls how many times the AA plays - I have not found it yet.

Correct, that is how I have it. I am thinking I'll call in when I get on site since my brain isn't working well with these books. To much lurnin fer me.

Ok tech support update since I was at my phone.

The AA greeting playing multiple times is hardcoded in the vmail that if an option is not chosen the message repeats the max is three times then you can chose to overflow it somewhere.

The ringing during the AA message no idea was told to do a download and delete the database and then upload it back.

We'll see.

While you are there, I would check the group to make sure you are using the overflow timer and overflow destination and not one of the other timers/destination in the group.
