hello guys i have a customer with an sts with a inskin flash vm. he needed a minor change with the menu so i called in and did it but it isnt loud enough. i even redid it in a loud voice. is it becuase im not doing it onsite. is there a way to increase the volume. the built in voices seem loud enough. thanks dave

You could adjust the transmit volume on the CO lines in flash 40 to see if that helps. You may want to try recording it onsite for better sound. I've found that it sounds better when recorded on site in the InSkin Flash.

i think i will have to go over there and record on site too. and if its still a little low i will bump it up in fl 40. thanks for the help. dave
