I received a call from a church in Spokane with a two year old STS. They have five phones, and two are not working, no display nothing. They were working until Comcast came and changed over the CO lines. It sounds like a simple wiring problem. I will provide customer name and number if someone can take care of this.

I can't believe no one has responded from the Spokane area.
