A STS with flash inskin vm customer's phone says STA IN OUT OF OFFICE.

I saw this a few years ago, but don't remember the cause or the fix.

Does anyone have the answer?

I believe you'll need to dial 644 to turn that off.

Thanks nfc. That sounds right. I think it gets turned on when someone dials that prefix (644)without selecting an outside line first.

We flex all feature codes that match our local office codes by adding a [*] in front of all the codes. Examples would be *644, *636, *631, etc. It prevents most of these inadvertent user errors.
