Line 1 hung up in system after a small thunderstorm. Remove bridge clips, did no good. Reset system,line clearned and working ok. when i went on site, x 101 line 1 lite green the other x's line 1 lite red. The system is behind a Ups and co protection. The battery has 3.7 v. Any ideas,?.

I have a STSe that does the same thing... reset is all you can do

If it consistently occurs on station 101, it could also be the one phone going bad and be doing a phantom selecting of the flex button assigned to line 1.

Might also check the cable pair and station cord, I have had issues with STS phones locking up or defaulting button programing.
