i am trying to reconfigure my voice mail for 2 companies. i am able to have all lines answered by a main greeting setup in Menu 200. i also setup a menu 201 for a second on an additional line, however when that line is called the main greeting in menu 200 plays rather than the greeting for menu 201. i have checked the System Lines settings in the programming for the voice mail card and set the "How to answer" for the 2nd comapny line to menu 201 and it still won't answer with that menu/greeting. What am i doing wrong?

PreSet Fwd the CO line to 440 with the VMID of a mbox that is forwarded to the desired menu.

Or ring the lines to a virtual extension that is forwarded to a menu. Kinda the same thing as Dave suggested almost.

You could program the voicemail ports for two hunt groups 450 and 451, then program those ports for different menues useing the line programing in the VMS
