I received a contact email on my website. The business has an STS that has no dialtone just the serial number on the phones. The control unit is clicking. I suspect that the ram battery is bad and the system needs to be defaulted.

I dunno - the last time I had a clicking KSU it was a bad KSU. :shrug:

Clicking sound more than likely is the battery. The last 3 I did was it.
