Sts, rev 1.00. Customer got cid on co line 1.
I can find answered calls (659) and unanswered calls (635) But cid name & number 653 does not display on lcd. Is the rev too old ??

Have you set up ring delay on the line in fl 40 page c? If that doesn't work try reseating the caller id module they were known to be an issue with not being set in correctly or bounced loose during shipment.

Tne names and nunmbers are in the tables but don't show up on the phone? Is that correct? If so then it isn't a hardware problem. Remember cid only shows on phones that are programmed to ring. With that revision of software there was only one system wide cid table not individual ones like in FP3.

The book says to program a button for the 653. But you don't have to. Just dial 653 on the ringing phones & press on/off. Next time a call comes in it will show name & number.

Ok I did the ring delay in fl 40, 653 on the ringing phones. I tried the fl 05 to enable b21 but could not or did not know how to do it. Still have no CID when call rings. Like I said b efore the 659 and 635 are on the lcd screen. The sts is a rev 1.03.CID does come over a cordless phone ahead of the system. Looking for your help again.

Thanks Gary S

I would try reseating the Caller ID board.

Ok. I pulled the CID board. It is 1.0D. Reset the board, did a system reset, still no CID on ringing phones. All have a great Thanksgiving.
