I have a Triad system that is stuck in night mode. I've tried FLASH 22 and still no help. The button programmed will rotate correctly, On-Flashing-Off. I dial 640 and still nothing. Any ideas? I know I can default but want to try something.

If the system is programmed for different things to happen when in night mode and no change is taking place, then try a reset.

Are you sure you are attempting to change it from the attendant station? 100 is only the attendant by default and it could have been changed to another station. Also, if you do try a reset, use the reset button or soft reset first. The system is old and the memory support battery may be dead. A power cycle could cause more problems.

I did try a reset using the button and using 100 also. It powered back up ok but no change.

Thanks guys

640 is a call forward code. You would dial 631 from the attendant phone except you say you have the button that cycles through the modes. I would confirm the button is programmed correctly though. You can do this by taking the station off hook and dialing [speed] + 7 + # and select 2 for keyset buttons.

You could also check to see if another station is allowed to place the system into night mode with a button programmed with feature code 604.

I have a customer that has Vodavi infinite, looks like a Triad-S telephone system that was installed by CTI Solutions. The company that installed the system has gone out of business. I tried evey possible password that the customer gave me and no luck. See if a tech guy might be able to give me a backdoor password or tell me how I can reset the password? I know that you are not allowed to post passwords on this message board so please email me [email protected]
Please and thank you Need help

Vodavi has no backdoor password. If the password was truly changed, you have to reinitialize the system and reprogram from scratch. Sorry.
