I have an XTS on one ext when dialing out to that ext from the main menu if requires the caller to record their name. I can not find this in the manual also on one toll free number it requires the user to dial 1 to answer the call. Thanks for all your help.
This sounds like something with the voice mail, at least for the first issue. The mailbox has been set for supervised transfer in the extension settings. This needs to be changed to blind transfer.
