Customer is going with a PRI Circuit. What is the best way to give them line appearance and outside line access? They are coming from a square system with pots lines and would like to emulate it as close as possible. I looked at loop keys but will they be able to put calls on hold and picked up at another station without using call pick up? Normally the have to use call pick up on other systems. Any thoughts would help? Thanks

Only by assigning each channel to it's own flex button. Unless you have a fractional PRI, try creating and using a few park buttons as an alternative. You still need Loop buttons for incoming calls.

Loop and same Park keys on every phone, it is really the only way to make it work. You can't square a full PRI with most idle incoming rotation, takes far too many buttons to do.
