I cannot even remember the last time I worked on one of these. Guess what, need to now. Customer is interested in having a directory on the auto attendant, so press 9 for a company directory type thing.
Once I get in through ECOM 32, where is the digit choice for this one? Anyone? Thanks

You will need to look at option 4 "auto attendant configuration" first to see which CCR menu's you are using. Then option 2 "number plan" to point a digit at a new CCR menu, where you will record the directory. If you want a dial by name directory, you must select a digit in option 12 "PBX integration" (digit 4 is used in default) and then type the names in each mailbox using a capital letter for first and last names.
