Sorry may be wrong forum but looking for assistance with hopefully a simple task. We have a vodavi setup with 2 outside lines coming in (1 ph # - 2 lines can ring at one time, or 2 calls out at a time or 1 of each). 1 main phone station - that all incoming call ring into, rest are extensions. I need another phone to also be able to have incoming calls ring into so calls can be answered on more than one phone. We don't have anyone with any history of the system here, but seems it should be pretty straight forward. Any assistance is much appreciated.
I suggest you create a call coverage button for the operator phone on the second phone you wish to ring. The instruction are in the sts station user guide.

To assign a Call Coverage Button:
1. Press SPEED + SPEED.
2. Then press the desired flexible button.
3. Dial [647] for Non-Ringing or [646] for Ringing, followed by
the station number to cover. A confirmation tone will sound.

After button is assigned, and that station receives a call:

1. After a programmable period of time, you will receive an
audible and/or visual indications: an internal ring tone, and/
or the same flash rate as the incoming CO line ringing rate.

2. Then press the flashing COVERAGE flexible button, or press
the ON/OFF button (only if the ringing option is selected).
The call is answered and will cease to ring at any other
stations that may have the same coverage appearance. The

3. If the caller wants to be transferred to the covered station’s
voice mail:
a. Press the TRANS button.
b. Press the Voice Mail button.
c. Press the COVERAGE flexible button.
d. Hang up.
Thank you for your reply - I did find the call coverage section as well. However through continued searching I also found the following steps that really did work as we need to have 2 phones in 2 separate locations both able to receive outside calls on all incoming lines. I am sharing for anyone's review and/or future directions to any one else.

yes it can be done. from the progamming phone (normally 100)
keep the phone on-hook and enter the password.
press flash 40
enter the co line numbers (001 – 004, or HOLD for all incoming line) or whatever lines you want to ring.
press flexbile button 10
enter the ext number

then press the corresponding ringing options
1 for day 2 or night or 7 for all times

press flexible button 13 to make sure the programming took

I am attempting to help a friend with this exact situation. I am not a "phone guy". I help them occasionally with PC issues so "I must know phones, right" lol. Anyway what are the flexbile button 10 and flexible button 13. I dont see anything listed on the phone as "flexible". I assume flexible means its programmed function but what are you physically pushing on the phone for "flexible 10" "flexible 13"?
The twenty four buttons on the phone under the paper label that call other stations and access the lines are the flex keys, they can have their function changed as opposed to the hard keys that cannot. The keys are numbered 1-24 starting at the top left and going right and then start next row starting from the left...so just count to find button 10 and 13.
Thanks Derrick, I really apperciate the help Ill test it this afternoon.
