Hello, on Vodavi sts, I cant seem to get co line 4 after 6 rings to go to auto attendent 102 voice mail box. Amy help would be great.

Do you want it to go to Auto Attendant or to the Mailbox 102? Those are 2 different things!

Either way check your settings in Flash 40 for Preset Fwd
