On site this am. The "I hold" device is bleeding over to the 24v paging horns at a low volune. The i hold puts caller on hold after 4 rings with music and message, then gives a
announcement call holding on line x. You can faintly here mucic and dtmf over the horns. the ksu was replace about 2 years ago. Another mom and pop business that
would rather repair then replace..Thanks for any help!

When a system has MOH turned on but without a source such as your I-Hold, it is sometimes possible for audio to bleed over from other sources. But since that is not your case and if you can't go the replacement route, the best thing I can think of is to turn the volume down as low as possible on the I-Hold and hope for the best. The only other thought is get some ferrite cores and wrap the CO cross-connect through them 5-7X. Ferrite cores came with their older systems for use on the CO line cords but we never used them unless we had RF interference.

Gary. Since you have the ihold that auto answers, that means you are not using the KSU MOH input. So make sure that MOH is disabled in Flash 05 Button 12. I really don't know how the RF is getting into the Page port, but this is something that you can check off the list. Also check the line voltage and the loop current coming out of the ihold. If it is running too hot weird stuff can happen.
