I am looking for a manual or programming guide for an ITT 801 system.
I searched the forum but could not find any info. I am sure there are not many of these still around but am hoping at least there may be someone out there that remebers the programing codes. I just need to change some line appearance and ring.
If you have any helpfull info I would appreciate it.
Change your search criteria to "ITT EKS801" and you might have better luck. In the meantime, I'll take a look and see if we still have any of them.
The 801 used the same CPU software as the 3100....similar usage...as well as the 802.
Try King Technologies in Tennessee.
You do do need the manual for the 801. The 801 and 802 have differences in programming codes. The 3100 is no way close to the same programming. I still have a mat panel. Never know what comes out of the woodwork !!
Seems odd, hex and a map.....in 1984 when I went to ITT school in Harrisburg it was the Compact.
I was there also, 3 times. Milan, TN twice and Hartford.
I worked for ITT BCS 15 years. 3100, td100,OKI hated those dip switches, terryphone, and that junk from Spain(x-bar).
NY tel for 11 years, ITT for 15 and now a NJ company for 20. Is there anything left ? LOL

OMG, I thought I was the only one here who ever worked with the 3100 'compact'.
The 3100 was a workhorse of a switch. I still have one left that we service. Used to have many of them...
I have one compact in NYC. Never opened the front !!The P600 x-bar was from Spain.I also went to Terryphone school with ITT.
Ed thanks for the hint.
I found a manual with that search.
It really is amazing how once you get in front of something it kinda all starts coming back.
