Does this system have voice mail?

No,
They use 'night service' to sned the calls to ATT voice mail CallNotes.

Without voice mail there isn't anything that an outside caller can do that I can think of.

The KSU can't be programmed remotely, so any fraud would have to be done by a local user setting up external call forwarding.

Ditto what was said in your other thread about making sure the MPOE is secure.

Ok, thank you for the help and info. I'll ask the user to verify the message on the 'ATT answering machine' occassionaly.
