1st off, the Aspire should get it's listing under Nitsuko or it's on listing.

OK I have an Aspire with a PRI. 1 pots line comes in and rolls to the PRI.

Customer wants "line Appearance" for these lines. and wants different line to appear differently in different modes.
Best I could come up with is making use of the abundant virtuals. and setting up a bunch of call coverage keys. Any other suggestions? What I did works but is ugly.

Well the Aspire is manufactured by NEC in fact NEC Infrontia, the same division that is making the Elite, and the Elite IPK.

Even though the software has its roots from the old Nitsuko I series line it is now a NEC product.

As far as setting up individual CO line appearances PRI is not ging to do that as it is really meant to be configured as 2-way DID.

Using virtuals will work and is going to be a headache to trouble shoot if you dont have some kind of map written out as to what DID numbers go to which virtual.

Consider yourself lucky as most systems cant do half of what the Aspire line is doing now and will do in the future.

thanks for your confirmation.
It is a bit of a headache was looking for something bettr but doubt there is.

I am an old Nitsuko guy so I guess I'm a bit biased. Never did like the Elite series much
