Has anyone run into problems with the Aspire where the caller id quits working? We have one but for whatever reason, callerid quit. We haven't made any changes. Anyone have any ideas?

Haven't seen one quit but there is a problem with software versions below 2.20 with the date being shifted to far right.
Are you sure you are getting caller ID from the Telco? Use a butt set in monitor mode and listen in on the CO line between the first and second ring for the FSK tones.
Sometimes the telco screws up and takes features out by accident.
Also a complete powerdown of the system can cure glitches.

This is an issue that NEC is aware of. Contact your vendor and have them contact NEC.
There is really very little in the programming of this feature on the Aspire. Haven't seen it disapear if it's working from the co...but you never know sometime the Aspire can be touchy. We call this Tinker toy series 2.
