we have an elitemail fms/vms system. the company that sold us the system and provided tech support is no longer in business. As well, our system administartor has moved on. Our problem is that we have lost passwords on a number of the mailboxes and would like to be able to reset them so the may be used again. HELP?

Resetting mailbox passcodes can be done by logging in as a VM administrator from any phone. The NEC website has a document available that tells how to work the admin functions. But from the admin login you can add, delete, or reset the mailboxes.
