so i just got thrown in to troubleshooting an Electra IPK, i bought the manuals, and thanks to Russ, i figured out how to diag the vmail card with just the phones... now i am going to try to connect VIA SAT, i was just wondering if the default password was changed, is there away around it with out resetting the whole system? i've already read through the forums and didn't really see anything i don't think.

ps i am actually an IT guy, i did some work on Mitel systems for my parents motel and if i do a PBX install its usually with a PC (https://asterisk.org/)

before you can use the sat software, you need to make sure that you have a mifm card in your system. if not sat will NOT work!

password for sat can be changed in 1-8-17 from a display phone

(Just in case) default pwd is XXXXXXXX
