Any known issues with the UltraMail 2000. Any comments are welcome. I have a potential install with the DS2000 and need to find out what I'm getting into.

One of the best voice mails I have installed. Its user friendly.
If your installing it on a existing system make sure software is 3. and up.
I heard the programming is totally different that the IntraMail. Any insights?

Well, I got it figured out. I ended up programming the system using Hyperterminal instead of the UltraMail PC Admin serial connection because I couldn't get it to work.
My customer wants to administer this VM system himself and would like to do it on his PC at his desk. I know that you can set it up on a LAN but I was wandering if anyone had any experience with doing that.
