I have been trying to get a customer file downloaded to check some button programming. I can download the file from the IPK but, when I try to view it, nothing is there. Is there a trick to this. When it finishes the download, I close the dialog box, it says restoring database, I then go into the section I need and nothing is there.

Another little tidbit of info. As soon as the download starts, I get an error that says, 7-01 Invalid Data...proceed with download, When I tell it Yes the message clears and the progress bar shows "unit assignment Block 3 failed. Then it continues.

That's why it's empty. Any error on a download results in a blank file.

I'm not sure why the download is getting an error unless the system database is corupted..
