How to solve next task ?

I have two 2000 IPS connected via CCIS. Each PBX is connected with C.O.

LCR is programmed for outgoing dialing for each PBX.

PBX #2 has extensions 300, 301 and 302 assigned to Tenant 01.

1201>300:11 - RCA
1202>301:22 - RCB
1203>302:33 - RCC

Extension 302 can dial only Local Call via C.O. lines PBX #2.

Extension 301 can dial Local and Toll Call via C.O. lines PBX #2 and alternatively
routed only Local Call through PBX #1.

Extension 300 can dial Local and Toll Call via C.O. lines PBX #2 and alternatively
routed Local Call and Toll Call through PBX #1.

How to program PBX #1 ?

What I usually do is build an LCR pattern per site. For each site, I build out the local calls to go out the local C.O. lines per the trunk routes, long distance and international are pointed either to the outbound lines (PRI, T1, etc.) or across the CCIS lines per the trunk route. That way I dont have to worry about command 1201, they will be restricted by the dialing plan. By building the "restrictions" in LCR I dont have to worry about 911 calls either, I know that site 1 will always exude site 1 and not site 2 (and vice versa).

Thats my two cents, dont know if it will help you out or not.
