Has anyone programmed the ACD function on the IPK II.The manual is very confusing and sales of course sold a product that we were not ready for..

Scenerio:
Calls come in rings to ext 101,103,104,105 _ ok

If NA then calls drops into a queue to be picked up in order it was received OR can leave a message. ext 101,103,104 to be agents.

Message : your call is important to us please stay on the line...blah,blah..or press x to leave a message and someone will get back to you.

On hold 30 secs...2nd message...All of our agents are currently busy you can continue to hold or leave a message.

On hold 30 secs. 3rd message. Please leave a message after the the beep and we will call you back ASAP.

and it has to be in 2 languages...simple right..BUT we have never been able to get the ACD to work right.,..has anyone????

HAVE A SETUP GUIDE FOR ACD AND CERFIED AS WELL, PM ME AND I WILL HELP U OUT

Has this system had the ACD activated via PC Pro?
The IPK II does have the ACD programming built in , but it wont work until its activated.

You will have to use the Voice mail to have 2 languages in your ACD Que's. The VRS can only do one language and currently its only English.
