We have a NEC Dterm 80 and on 1 of our phones the LED (red) light is doing a slow blink. We do not have the passcode for the voicemail, as this is an ex-employees phone. Is there a way to just clear this?
maybe try "Feature + 99 + Feature"
or press the EXIT key and try canceling/deleting MW.
and if those don't work, go off-hook and dial 771.
and if that doesn't work, try 773.
then I'd call a technician.
Do you know how to log into Sandy Simons? This is the system admin mailbox where you can reset passwords if needed.
