Was there a reason this discussion was removed from the forums?

You can view it in installers section .

If you have access to it.. Which begs the originl question as to why it was moved..??

My logical assumption on to why this topic was moved is that the open forums here are for user-level information. The Aspire vs. DSX discussion was focused mainly on how installers are affected by a perceived out-datedness and a debate on the qualities/limitations of each of the systems.

This kind of topic is an installer discussion, so it appears it was moved there simply because it fit the category more appropriately. Feel free to apply for Installer Level access here: Installers
