Using matworx v7.3.4 does anyone know that commands required to change the appearance of the operator console that shows whos on a call and whos not? I'm probably not using the correct terminology, forgive me.

Sounds like you mean a DSS console or an add on module. It's 97 for the former and 9000 for the latter.
