I have a problem with two PRIs intermitting dropping calls on an IPK II.
The PRIs are interface via a cisco router. Cisco tec seen to think the drop calls maybe due to a timer setting on the IPK. I need to know which corresponding timer on the IPK would be the same as the T203 timer on a Cisco router so I can set then both at 30 seconds

Q.931 specifications timer t203
T203 is the maximum time that equipment can wait between the exchange of Q.921 frames
Thanks for any help

What version is on the CPU II? It should be at 1.61 or 2.11 if it it licensed for 2.0. Also make sure the DTI-U40 cards are at firmware 5.11.

Verify the switch protocal with the telco as well. If it does'nt match up, the PRI's will work until the errors fill up causing a reset.
