Has anyone setup an ACD queue with messages on pstn lines. What I would like to know is if a caller hangs up when in the Q is the line cleared? telstra is removing Reversal on idle ROI as a product the system which is in place at the moment uses this the clear lines I hope the sv8100 does to?

The system working with a Ozz default should disconnect on busy tone as the old IPK ans Xens did. I have set ours up here with ROT detection instead of busy tone as that's what we get on hangup...

You have to turn on 14.02.09, 14.02.18, and the rest is in 80.04 but in your case the default should be OK. I set a system up in The Cook Islands last week this way and it worked fine after I changed the above....
