Good day to you all. I need one of my users to be able to switch the phones to night mode, the service code for this is 818, but when she dials 818 it gives her a busy signal. I realize this is because her station is not an administrative station (Thus the service codes for administrators does not apply)

My question is this: How do I make her a system administrator? I made her an intramail administrator, but I see this is not the answer. The service codes I am referring to are PCPro 11-10-01
