I currently have an SV8100 with a PRI installed serving 4 locations using ip phones. I need to have each location be able to set their own night service. Their incoming calls ring in to virtual extensions at each site via DID. I have been through the night mode options and what I can not figure out is how the trunks get put into night service groups when using DID. I have only 1 outgoing trunk group. Thanks in advance.

I think it would be easier to cfd the virtual that the DID is pointed at.

You could have a "day" (cfd cancel) and a "night"(cfd set) button on a phone that would just be a speed dial for the set and cancel routine.

Not sure you could do the "night mode" setup without tenants, would get messy in a hurry. Not even sure it could be done.

Have you tried 12-05? DID might follow this setting.

One of our installs has 2 company's.
Company A is on a PRI
Company B is using POTS

12-05 and 12-06 did the trick on setting their own night modes.

I know this isn't your setup but it might help in giving you a clue on what to try for your scenario.

I did think of setting it up that way as a last resort which I think I am at. I wanted to use actual night service so the offices could see night in the display. I would think that the translation tables would be a little more flexible. I think the night service is pretty flexible until you add in the DID,s with a shared circuit. This scenario is fairly common with my customers. 1 main site with PRI and remote sites using voip sharing service.

12-05 is setup and works fine for the day/night mode switching for the stations. The problem comes in when you are using the same trunks/trunk groups for the different night mode services.
22-13 programs the trunk group to translation table for day/night but is programmed by trunk group. It would be great if it was done through translation table.

Look at 22-10, 22-11, 22-13, and 14-05-01:

In 14-05-01 put all trunks in same trunk group.

Now let's say the main number (DID) points to VE 200. In 22-10 -01 "Conv Area1 (day)", set up conversion area 1 as start 1, end 10. In ConverArea 2 (night) set start = 11, end = 20.

In 22-11-01 = Rec'd DID digits,
22-11-02 = Target VE (200 in this case)
22-11-04 = 3 Busy/NoAns
22-11-05 = VM Pilot (or alternate destination)

22-12-01 = 102 VM (or alternate destination)

22-13-01 Trk Grp 1 Mode 1 = 1 (ConvArea1-Day), Mode 2 = 2 (ConvArea2-Night)
When in day mode, the calls ring the VE. in night mode, calls go to VM (or alternate destination).

22-10 sets up the conversion tables
22-11 sets up the DID destinations
22-13 sets day/night handling of 22-10

(I think)

I Agree with Doghart, why can't you Just use call frd all to VM. at The main Phone of a Given Office Set up a Night Greeting in the Personel Mailbox of that Station? With a Button to turn it on and off?

D.I.D. MODE SWITCHING, I KNOW THIS IS AN OLD POST BUT IT CONTROLS YOUR INDIVIDUAL DID'S REGARDLESS OF WHAT MODE IT IS, PLUS IT COULD SERVE AS A " NIGHT" BUTTON(1) AND IT LIGHTS UP.
I perfer not to use this feature unless a customer is adamant on wanting to see when someone has called their DID and they want a freakin button to light and land on not on there CAP keys and when there is Multiple Nodes with 1 central Voicemail and all different hours.
