)....Do have access to the Ntac Website? There is about 3 or 4 manuals to thumb through for different reasons, plus you need a system to work with, If you can obtain that try using the DTPLUSWare cool xml.
I just saw your other post that I replied too and I thought about something if you have been installing and uninstalling over and over again you need to clean out your registry's, folders and everything and do a fresh install. You got to let us know what and where exactally your getting stuck. It took me all night and a 12 pack of SmthWicks to get my first one going and you would of thought I created the first wheeel in this house, Now its a sinch and has lost its thrill. But still cool stuff, My phone farts when it rings. :db:
