Can't seem to find the answer to this in the books. Have an 8100 and want to see the station extension number as well as the name when an internal call is received. Currently can only see the name display?
It's MB:15-01,Up to 12 Characters.
In 15-01 I have the users name, the customer wants to see both the name and extension # of the person calling. Is the only thing that can be displayed the data entered in 15-01. I don't have adequate room with 12 characters to enter both the name and extension #.
15-01 is it, The Customer wants First and Last Name with Ext.# ?
Yes, that is the issue, guess we'll go with initials? Thanks for the reply Rickman
Glad I could Help
Good Luck :thumb:
I normally use something like Paul W 102. Over the years since the IPK2 days we have asked for both number and name to be displayed on calls but so far the Japs have not been interested.. Guess you guys in the US will have to make the case that way they may listen..
