I'm a novice when it comes to NEC systems but I have a customer who wants to add CO lines to their system. They are maxed out at 4. Should I add another COIB 4 card & if so what slots can it go in and do I need to do any slot programming? The serial # of the KSU is 17351563C. If you could also let me know the part # of the card I need to give the system 4 addtional lines, with caller ID. Thanks in advance for any responses.

I would look around for a COI-D(4) card. That is the CO card with caller ID. There are about twice the price as the standard card here in aus
