Have a customer with an ASPIRE M system using co trunks from cablevision. They recently had a power outage and when the system came back online everything was ok. But the next day they started dropping calls, while in the middle of conversation, or when being transferred to another extension or while retrieving the call from on hold.
I am trying to get them to pinpoint it to a certain line. The cablevision routers were all reset and it still occurs. ANyone ran into anything like this on the aspire? And where did it lead you? A bad extension card? A bad Co card?
Thanks for your input.

Check the loop current on those lines. They should be between 25 and 32 ma. I had a similar issue with the M a few years back and that was the problem. I ended up padding the lines with resistors to bring down the current because they were too hot. I should note that those were POTS line I was dealing with and not the cable company.
