Has anyone had a problem with the MOH feature on the 3.13 software? I cannot get the music to play when call is on hold. I can hear the music on the system when I do 725 but when I check the call on hold. nothing...any ideas?

No DIDs. CO Lines. 10-04-01 is set to external.
When I set to service code it works and also when I use the internal music source it works...

From PCPro, Open the Standard Tab And Chose System Installation. There is a Drop down for Audio settings. What is that set at?

Check 10-21

By default it is set for J8 to Ext. Page / J9 to BGM

T&R is correct.

By default the two plugs on the CPU are set to BGM/External Page.

If you can dial 725 and hear music (BGM), your card is not setup correctly in 10-21.
