cant access Intramail announcement mailbox 009 and up - Sundance Business VOIP Telephone Help

I am setting up an Intramail on a DS2000, I have set a few MB in 8006 as announcement mailboxes but when I go to record a message I get an error "invalid mailbox". I can set it up and record my message anywhere from MB 000 - 009 but as soon as I try 010 - 015 I get the error.

Log onto System Admin mailbox, select announcement, enter mailbox number, I get an error "that is an invalid entry" Are mailboxes 010-015 not allowed to be set ans announcement mailboxes?

What is the software level of the DS and the Intramail?

There were some enhancements in 3.20.07 that may fit your symptoms.

The announcement mail boxes were not set to enabled in versions prior to 3.20.07

You should really be at 3.22.12 by now and 1.3a on the voicemail.
