NEC Aspire Multibutton System - Can't access mail at one user's extension. Message waiting light is flashing. When pressing "MSG" it says "That Mailbox is Busy" and display reads "Talking to Intramail #2". Can anyone help resolve this?

A voicemail port is locked up and a system reboot will help.
Wow. Are you able to tell me how much of our programming will be lost just to unlock this one extension's voicemail?
You shouldn't lose any information. Restarting it should just clear the extension that is locked up. If you are uncomfortable restarting the system. There should be plenty of company's out in California that can service your system.
A good old reboot did the trick. Thanks for pointing out what should have been obvious!
