UX5000- I have a phone set to off-premise call forward, from a DID to that phone.

Is there any way to send the caller ID info from the incoming call to the outbound trunk?

I looked, cant seem to see anything that would indicate it's possible......
make sure the carrier supports sending out the caller ID of a number that is not built in the trunk group

I don't know the UX5000 but i believe it's basically the same as the SV8100 which from R4 has PRG 14.01.24 Trunk to Trunk CLID Thru mode, and as Ryan said check with your carrier to see if they support this feature.

Hey Thanks! That is in the UX5000 program. I just need to do a little research now - but maybe I can get this to do what the customer is looking for.
Definitley CMD 14-01-24
Trunk to Trunck Outgoing Caller ID Trough Mode
this is set by trunk such make sure you turn it on for all trunks
Hopefully you are using a PRI or equivalent to be able to send CID.
