I am new to the Aspire EPabx, i am able to access it with Aspire WebPro, I want to take Backup of the System. Can you please suggest how can i take the whole backup.

You have to have PCPro (version correct) OR a PCMCIA flash card in the system to do a manual backup on the phone to the flash card.

PCPRO is available to dealers and certified techs on the Aspire tech site

i am not a dealer and not certified technician, is there any possibility to get it.

Best way would be to find and contact a certified dealer close to you.
