How do I programm a DID to ring on multiple phones on the IPK.
I know you use a phantom extension the SIE but I don't see where you tie the button like B0 to the phantom extension.

Thank you for your help !

Car ports are allotted in mb 2-4. Extensions numbers are assigned to ports in mb 4-10. SIE keys matching the car ports are paced on phones in mb 4-12. Ringing is assigned in mb 4-37 & 38. Hope this helps.

How do you program the keys on the phone ?

In Prog 4-12, pu the SIE of the CAR you assigned in 4-10.

Then program it to ring in 4-37 and 4-38.

If it needs to fwd to voicemail, use code: [speaker],45, CAR ext#, voicemail pilot, [speaker]
from the reception phone.

I did this and the voice mail keeps answering right away (main greeting) the phones don't ring at all

Did you change your DID routing?

Also check 4-01?

Yes I assigned SIE extension 302 in the day and night DID routing

When I assign extension 101 in the DID routing it works, but when I assigned the virtual extension 302 it goes straight to voice mail main greeting.
