Is there a updated SAT program for NEC Elite and IPK that works on windows 7 ?

The "latest and greatest" SAT is 4.70. Since the system is end of life and end of support from NEC, I doubt there will be any changes for it to work with newer versions of windows.

I am in need of the SAT for an Elite 48. Is there some way to download it or can somebody possibly send me a copy?
