Dterm 80 Elite IPK II - Auto pick up ringing line - 09/09/11 05:32 PM
Hello all,
New to the board, so I hope this isn't too much of a noob question, but...
We have the Dterm80 Elite IPK II phone system in our small vet clinic and have had it for years.
I just installed an aftermarket headset system that includes a device that automatically lifts the phone headset when the answer button is clicked on the headset. So far everything has worked fine except for the fact that the phone that I'd like to attach it to is the only phone in the clinic that does not automatically select an incoming call (on this terminal you have to press the incoming call line to select it).
I'm sure the phone company that installed it (no longer around) had a reason to program the phones this way, but I'd like to make this phone act like all the rest in the clinic.
Does anyone here know if this is a simple procedure, and if so, what would I need to do?
