I am currently having an issue with a new extensions' voicemail. An outside call can be transfered directly to that voicemailbox, however, if a call is transfered to that extension and the person is not there to pick up then the call just continouly rings forever. Not going to the voicemail box. Please point me in the right direction..... Thanks a ton!!!

Phone is not forwarded to the voicemail pilot number.

As Coral-Tech said, set the Call-Forward for Busy or No-Answer to the Voicemail pilot.

You should have some sort of instructions from your PBX vendor how to do this. If not, your PBX vendor can sort it out for you right away, and show you what to do next time.
