I have a little quirk.dsx 80.with ver.3.1 anyway from auto attd.Press 1 for english...goes to routing mailbox.from there the caller should spin out to any ext via utrf XXX.The caller sits on hold and then is routed to the op.Something is a miss!Frustrated here with an edgey customer.

Confirm your dial action table to instructional box answering the call

Make sure the routing mailbox that the callers get dumped into is not set as an announcement mailbox. Make sure it is set as a routing mailbox and points to the proper DAT.
