Hi,

My notebook installed softphone <EU-DesktopClient-3-7-0-7>,open softphone it show CTI error.

What CTI setup missing in NEC SV8100 and notebook?
I sucssess telneting port 8282,8181,8010.SV8100 firmware verion 4.0

NEC SV8100 command:

10-20-01:8282
10-20-09:8181
10-20-11:8080

My notebook softphone setup:

ip address: 172.16.0.10
CTI port: 8282
SIP port: 5080
License port:6080
O&M Port: 8010
O&M user ID: USER1
O&M password: 1111

First question..do you have a Voip card installed?

if you are using an SV8100 than USER1 should be user1. you can check this by entering the IP Address of the SV8100 and entering the O&M credentials. if you are allowed than you know what to enter in the Softphone.

USER1 Vs user1. Depends whose software he is useing US = USER1 . European and Australian = user1.

You should have VOIP board, ME50 and Licence.

Can you telnet to all IP's and all ports and get a reply?
